It is an independent government agency that sits under the Ministry of Justice and relates to e-Agent NZ Ltd as a separate REA Approved Provider organisation. This approved status permits e-Agent to provide real estate licensees with annually required CPD (Continuing Professional Development) verified and non-verified training.
